Originally from Brooklyn and a graduate of Emporia State University, in Emporia, KS Bruce has carved a niche in the world of culture and leadership coaching. His experience stretches across various industries, making him respected and effective keynote speaker and coach.
Bruce is known for his unique leadership philosophy, drawing insightful parallels between horses and organizational culture. Culture drives how leaders lead. He emphasizes conscious, intentional leadership over instinctive approaches. Bruce is also an accomplished author, with articles focusing on closing leadership gaps, fostering continuous learning, and effective team engagement.
